I found Pampers Splashers marked down to $1.00 at Walmart. Use a $1.00 printable coupon to get packs for free! It may not be summer, but it’s not a bad idea to stock up for next spring or summer at this price.
Keep in mind, clearance prices and inventory vary by store. Each Walmart location has its own inventory and pricing schedule. I found these in the general clearance section of my store.
